Nevada: Families Face Uncertainty with Millennium Scholarship Reductions (Reno Gazette-Journal)

“The Millennium Scholarship fund will be $4.2 million short in the year that starts July 1 if the Legislature does not find a way to add money, according to the state treasurer’s staff. That could mean the 8,000 high school seniors in the state who may be eligible for the scholarship next year would not have money beyond the first semester,” the Reno Gazette-Journal reports.
