Thanksgiving Day Federal Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours

Department of Education Federal offices and some Title IV processors and call centers will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009 to observe the Thanksgiving Day Federal holiday. In addition, some of the Title IV processors and call centers will be closed on Friday, Nov. 27, 2009. The Central Processing System will accept data on Nov. 26 and 27, but will not process new Institutional Student Information Records until Nov.
